Here is a quick and crowd-pleasing recipe for Aloha Sliders

Cooking time: 17 minutes
Yield: 12 servings
  • 1 package hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count)
  • 1⁄2 pound ham (sliced)
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 can pineapple (8 oz, drained and patted dry)
  • 1⁄4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  1. Prep the oven and rolls: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the entire block of sweet rolls in half horizontally so you have one large top and one large bottom section. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  2. Layer the fillings: Layer the ham evenly over the bottom rolls. Top with the Swiss cheese slices, and then place a pineapple piece over each individual slider zone. Place the top section of the rolls over the pineapples.
  3. Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Glaze and bake: Brush the glaze generously over the tops of the rolls, then sprinkle with poppy seeds. Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is completely melted.
  5. Serve: Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
