Ingredients
- 2 ounces dark rum
- 5 ounces ginger beer
- 1⁄2 ounce lime juice
- ice cubes
- lime wedge
Instructions
- Fill a tall highball or Collins glass with ice.
- Pour in the ginger beer and fresh lime juice (if using).
- Float the dark rum slowly on top over the back of a spoon to create a layered "storm cloud" effect.
- Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and stir before drinking.
