Cooking time: 15 minutes

Instructions

  1. Place 1 cup powdered sugar in a small bowl.
  2. Add milk, a little at a time, until icing reaches a consistency that will hold its shape when piped.
  3. Pipe over cookies in a zigzag pattern.
  4. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
